Refunds/Returns
- All sales are final and are non-refundable. Unfortunately there are no returns or exchanges.
Damaged/Missing Items
- If there is an error with your order please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at pearlandcompany2022@gmail.com with ORDER ERROR as subject.
- Items must be in it's original packaging- cannot be washed or worn.
- Please allow 24 hours for a response with the exception of weekends and holidays.
